The purpose of Shelterbox is to provide emergency shelter to families who have lost their home to disaster, enabling them to rebuild their lives. ShelterBox teams and leadership envision a world where no family is without shelter after diaster and conflict. Teams travel by boat, helicopter or tuk-tuk to get to families who need your support – whatever it takes to get to the people who have lost theirs homes. Rotarians around the world are partnering with ShelterBox through fundraising and volunteer efforts to create a strong foundation for these families and communities.
