District Grants

Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Grant

Our District has received a $25,000 Disaster Relief Grant from The Rotary Foundation to assist with Hurricane Helene recovery.

Grants of $2,500 have been awarded to ten clubs in our District. (Click here to see the list.)

Those awarded grants must complete their projects by January 30, 2025 and submit a final report with required documentation by February 7, 2025. (Click here to access the final report.)

Qualify for a Grant

At least one club member attends Grants Training at District Assembly Saturday May 11, 2024 – Dublin, GA
Ideally, this would be the club’s Grant Writer.

Apply via the Grants module of DACdb.com
Plan, but don’t start spending until you receive District Approval.

The documents to help you through this are in the box on the right.

The Club’s MOU must be uploaded to the Documents tab.

Report to Get Paid

Grant awards will be paid on a reimbursement basis. As soon as the project is finished, clubs may submit the Final Report for Reimbursement.

Critical Reminders:

Your Budget should be balanced, List expenses separately.

Complete the Documents tab by uploading itemized Receipts/Invoices of what was purchased and cancelled checks or copies of bank statements proving expenditure of funds.

Upload pictures under Images.

Complete the Final Report tab then click Submit to District for Approval
